MH Investments was established in 2020 to focus on acquiring, improving, and managing mobile home parks with investors, partners and experienced operators. We are not looking for 200 investors; we are happy with 20 that share our vision and with whom we can establish trustworthy relationships. Our core competency is to buy off-market mobile home parks directly from the owner.
We are a long term holder of mobile home parks, and look for quality value add parks in safe, growing markets. We buy them at the best price, and operate them better than the competition.
