I’ve always been passionate about multi-family properties.
My experience spans over 30 years as owner and broker of a boutique multifamily brokerage firm specializing in apartments, mobile home parks, RV Parks, and self-storage properties. My office is in Park Place in Irvine, CA.
Having closed escrow on over 5,000 units and been an owner and syndicator of over 200 apartment units, finding solutions for mis-managed properties is my specialty. My experience includes AITD’s, Lease Options, Land Contracts, Short Sales, Seller Carry-Back, Tax Deferred Exchanges, Tax Basis rules, and a few times as an expert witness.
