What Hard Lessons Taught Me

Early in my career, I bought my first rental property near Magic Mountain, California, and got burned. I hired the wrong manager, the wrong maintenance crew, and the wrong eviction attorney. When I finally sold it, the buyer asked why I was selling it so cheaply. That lesson stayed with me.

That early failure forced me to learn the financial, operational, and renovation side of mobile home parks the hard way. Today, I help owners avoid costly mistakes, navigate complex deals, and choose the right selling strategy for their goals.
